At NetExpat, we believe artificial intelligence should empower people—not replace them.

Our AI tools are designed to support intercultural understanding, global mobility success, and personal growth.

We are committed to:

• Ethical AI Use: Every AI system we deploy operates under clear human oversight and defined purpose.
• Data Privacy: We comply with global privacy laws (GDPR, UK DPA, Swiss FADP, CCPA, PDPA, and others). Personal data is processed only with lawful consent and never sold or reused for unrelated purposes.
• Transparency: When you interact with AI features, you are informed about their role and how they assist your experience.
• Security & Accountability: All AI data flows are protected under SOC 2 controls, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and traceability.
• Continuous Review: Our AI Governance Committee monitors fairness, accuracy, and impact to ensure ongoing compliance and trustworthiness.
• Protection of Vital Interests: In rare and exceptional cases where an AI system or human reviewer detects a potential life-threatening or imminent-harm situation, NetExpat may process or disclose limited data to protect the vital interests of the individual or others.
  Such actions are strictly proportionate, logged, reviewed by the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and CISO, and undertaken only when necessary to prevent serious harm or loss of life.
