Global Client Services Manager - Family Support

Location: Global

Join our Client Services teams in an exciting full-time role ideal for a dynamic person who enjoys helping people, managing multiple projects and working in an international environment. After your training and onboarding, you will quickly receive responsibilities to:

  • Act as a central point of contact for corporate clients, the individuals benefiting from our services and our experts to ensure top delivery of our training and coaching services throughout the world. This includes speaking to our corporate clients to understand their needs, organizing delivery of our services from A to Z including the selection of the appropriate NetExpat consultant and trainers

  • Monitor client satisfaction and provide our corporate clients with regular reporting.

  • Constantly improve and enrich our services and processes for all service lines.

    Required Skills & Capabilities


  • Love helping people

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in customer service

  • You are ambitious and ready to take on additional responsibilities in a fast-growing organization

  • International experience living and working abroad is a must

  • Fluent in English. Any other languages such as Spanish, French or German being an asset
