Sales Support Associate, Talent Mobility Services

Location: US Remote – East or Central Time.

Are you committed to driving global business growth? As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global sales and development teams by leveraging your expertise in sales enablement and project management. Your responsibilities will include identifying, researching, preparing, and pursuing prospective clients - primarily multinational corporations -while facilitating cross-selling initiatives throughout our portfolio of Talent Mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support our senior sales team in identifying and pursuing clients in Global Mobility, Talent Management, Learning and Development, and amongst the larger HRBP community

  • Organize sales events, webinars, and campaigns focused on global mobility and talent management.

  • Expand partnerships with corporate clients, consulting firms, global mobility and talent management providers, and industry associations.

  • Develop sales and cross-selling approaches that highlight our intercultural assessment, training, and partner/family support.

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in global mobility and intercultural support.

  • Requirements:


  • Enthusiastic sales-minded person, unstoppable and passionate about driving business growth

  • Minimum of 2 years’ successful experience supporting a sales department in the services industry, ideally in Global Mobility, Talent Management or L&D

  • Strong organizational and communication skills; thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  • Personal experience living and working abroad is a must

  • Familiarity with intercultural training, partner/family support, and global mobility is a plus.
